PUBLIC ALERT: the PUBLIC STORAGE Company claims that you'll be able to access your storage unit during a power outage. Over the last 10 years they have stated NUMEROUS TIMES that their property managers would physically operate the gate to allow entry during an area-wide power outage. Sorry folks but this is simply NOT TRUE! Apparently, they're not bright enough to install a few solar panels to power the keypad and gate. BOTTOM LINE: keep your survival supplies at home! Otherwise, your survival gear and supplies will end up on the other side of a locked gate! Live and Learn. #ProfitsComeFirstCustomersLast
