GAFFNEY, S.C. (WSPA) – Gaffney High School quarterback Jayvon Gilmore had his two game suspension significantly reduced by the South Carolina High School Appellate Panel Wednesday morning.

Approved by a 4-1 vote, Gilmore is now only required to sit out the first half of Gaffney’s next game.

The senior was initially suspended following a sideline incident in the third quarter of Gaffney’s game at Boiling Springs on September 20. The Indians went on to win that game in overtime to remain undefeated.
