Greenville County deputies discover man shot in Upstate home

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are currently on scene where they found a shot victim.

According to deputies, a call was received in reference to getting items at Piney Road and later discovered that an individual at the scene had warrants.

Deputies said they made entry into the home at approximately 5:48 p.m., where they located an adult male that was suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to the hospital and his status is unknown at this time.
