GREER, S.C. (WSPA) – As recovery efforts after Hurricane Helene move forward, Greer Relief is working hard to continue helping the community.

There are huge needs after the storm in Greer and the Upstate but residents don’t have to be from Greer to get help or volunteer.

The Greer Relief Choice Pantry will be open regular service hours from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on weekdays.

Organizers said they need non-perishable food donations such as pasta, rice, protein and beans. They are also in need of volunteers.

Donations can be brought to the loading dock at the rear of this building at 113C Berry Avenue.

Greer Relief can also help you apply for FEMA assistance if you lost your home or any other resources. You can also attend Lake Robinson Day in Greer on Oct 19 where you can contribute to their food drive for Greer Relief.
