    Missing elderly man in Greenville Co. found safe

    GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – UPDATE: Hyde has been located and was transported to the hospital, where he is safe.


    The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 84-year-old Don Hyde, who was last seen at the Legacy at Southpointe Drive assisted living facility.

    Hyde is described as an elderly, white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. He was last seen at 8:00 p.m.

    Hyde is said to have dementia.

    He was wearing a red, trucker shirt and light blue jeans. Deputies said that if you spot Hyde to call 911.
