    Take your first dip of the summer season at these public pools in Winston-Salem

    All swimmers under age 18 must take a swim test to get access to the whole pool.

    Get ready to dive into the summer season . Four public pools open for the first time on Saturday, May 25:
    • Bolton Pool, 1590 Bolton St.
    • Kimberly Park Pool, 620 Burton St.
    • Long Creek Pool, 5801 Bethania-Tobaccoville Rd.
    • Winston Waterworks, 3584 Winston Lake Rd.
    The pools will open at 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 and Monday, May 27 and at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 26. They will close at 6 p.m. all three days.

    Daily admission to all public pools is $2 for children ages 3 to 17 and $3 for adults. Children aged two and under and adults 60+ can get in for free. Season passes are available.

    Bolton Pool will remain open daily. All other city-owned pools will open to the public daily on Saturday, June 8, but you’ll want to check their hours and accommodations .
