Winston-Salem Open announces 2024 player field

The world’s top tennis players

love the Twin City. The Winston-Salem Open has announced the player field for this year’s tournament, and it’s impressive if we do say so ourselves. Here’s proof:

• There are 35 tournament players who ranked within the top 75 in the world.
• Of those top-ranked players, 15 of them are ranked in the top 50.
• Three former Winston-Salem Open champions will return to the Wake Forest University Tennis Complex: Sebastian Baez (2023), Adrian Mannarino (2022), and Robert Bautista Agut (2017).
• Three Americans will also be returning competitors: Marcos Giron, Alex Michelsen, and Brandon Nakashima.

This is just the beginning . The tournament will also announce four wild card players in the following weeks. Doubles and qualifying draws are still coming, too.

This year’s Winston-Salem Open starts Saturday, Aug. 17 and will run through Saturday, Aug. 24. You can still grab tickets to watch the action. ( Psst: there are new fan amenities to look forward to, as well . )
