Central Pa. Outdoor & Sports Show to take place in Clearfield County

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — New exhibits, seminars and attractions will be at this years Central PA Outdoor & Sports Show.

The three-day event will take place from March 15 – March 17 at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds. It’ll be open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and then on Sunday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Daily seminars will be held on topics like long-range shooting, outdoor survival, deer processing and concealed carrying. Tickets cost $5 and anyone 12 and under is free. There will be a chance to win door prizes with your purchase of a ticket. You’ll even have a chance to win a Can-AM Outlander 450 DPS.

Nearly 150 vendors will pack three buildings on the fairground and they’re promising to have something for everyone. A coyote hunt will also be held in conjunction with the show to benefit the Bison Youth Football Program. Roland Welker : Certified big game hunting guide and survival expert

Realtree Prostaffer, Tim Andrus : Featured on several outdoor-related networks such as The Outdoor Channel and The Sportsman Channel. His appearance and DVD resume include Realtree Outdoors, Realtree Road Trips, and the Realtree Monster Buck DVD series.  He currently hosts two TV shows:  Rush Outdoors (Regional) covering New York, Pennsylvania and Southern Ontario Canada; World of Rush Outdoors on The Pursuit Channel.

On Saturday, March 16 at 10:30 a.m. there will be a youth turkey calling contest in Expo 2.
