Tyrone car show to benefit Camp Anderson scouting programs

TYRONE, Pa. (WTAJ) — The 2024 Camp Anderson Car Show is almost here and it will offer multiple different classes for cars to be shown in.

The car show will take place at Camp Anderson (1057 Vanscoyoc Hollow Road) on Saturday, Aug. 17. A rain date is set for Saturday, Aug. 24. While pre-registration for the event is already closed you can still register that day of the event. It costs $15 to participate and it benefits the scouting programs at the camp.

Registration will take place from 9 a.m. to Noon on the day, and then judging will kick off. Awards will be given out at 4 p.m.
