    DA: Somerset man pleads guilty to possessing 5k stamp bags of fentanyl

    SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A man who was caught with $5,000 stamp bags of a fentanyl and xylazine mixture has pleaded guilty.

    According to Somerset County District Attorney, Molly Metzgar, a jury was selected earlier this week for Bradley Fenna’s case. However, he has now pleaded guilty to all charges in lieu of facing trial.

    Fenna admitted to having over 5,000 stamp bags that contained a mixture of fentanyl and xylazine with the intent to distribute it. The district attorney added that they intend to present evidence at the sentencing that Fenna also possessed a semiautomatic handgun.

    “I am proud of the hard work of Somerset Borough Police Department , Pennsylvania State Police and Somerset County District Attorney Detective and Task Force, who all collaborated on this seizure, and assisted in a successful prosecution”
