Police activity reported on 3rd Avenue in Altoona

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Multiple officers were called Thursday night to a 3rd Avenue building in Altoona.

Officers from the Altoona Police Department and Logan Township were called to the 1300 block of 3rd Avenue. While details are limited at the time, a WTAJ crew member on scene reported that officers were using a loudspeaker in an attempt to get anyone who is in the building to come outside.
