UPDATE: PHILIPSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Numerous EMS responded to the Moshannon Valley Processing Center, a privately owned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building on Monday.

At 2:05 p.m. on Aug. 19, staff had to separate a group of detainees who had gotten into an altercation.
