BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A tanker rolled over on Route 30 in Breezewood spilling more than 4,000 gallons of milk.

The milk tanker rolled over near the on-ramp of Route 30 to I-70 East around 3:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 2. While there were no injuries reported, the tanker did spill about 4,500 gallons of milk into the drainage system, according to Bedford Emergency Dispatch.

The potential impact on the drainage system is unknown but is a cause for concern, dispatch noted. Pennsylvania State Police directed traffic through a detour and back to I-70.

Officials added that there was minimal fuel leakage at the scene.
