    PSP: Indiana County school dismissed after possible bomb threat

    INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating a threat at Penns Manor Area School District.

    On Sept. 9, at around 9:52 a.m., troopers were called to the school district on reports that a note was found in a bathroom at the junior/senior high school. The note had indicated that there was a bomb in the building, according to PSP.

    Penns Manor Area School District students are being dismissed from school, however, troopers noted that no explosives have been found. PSP Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations Explosives Detection K9 Unit is on the scene and currently investigating.
