    PennDOT announces public meeting for Patton Borough project

    CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced a public meeting on a developing plan for Route 4017 in Patton Borough.

    The project is a bridge superstructure replacement project over Chest Creek. The project will include the removal of the existing superstructure and placement of a steel l-beam with concrete deck superstructure. PennDOT also plans to include minor paving and guide rail upgrades. A detour will be utilized during the construction of the project.

    A public meeting on the project will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 6-7 p.m. at the Patton Borough Building (800 Fourth Avenue). The meeting is location accessible to persons with disabilities, and anyone who requires special aid is asked to contact PennDOT prior to the meeting.
