    Prince Gallitzin to host ‘Apple Cider’ festival, craft show

    CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Prince Gallitzin State Park announced it will be hosting its annual Apple Cider Festival and Craft Show.

    The festival kicks off on Sunday, Oct. 6, and will run from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., at the Muskrat Beach Area #2. There will be over 100 craft vendors, 20 food vendors, live entertainment from the bands Stephanie and the Wilds Hearts and Bone Jacked, hayrides, a petting zoo, chainsaw carving, apple cider demonstrations and environmental education programs.

    Admission to the festival is free, with donations accepted for parking. All donations collected will go toward supporting projects and events for the park.

    In an effort to alleviate traffic, there will be pontoon boat shuttles that will be launched from Killbuck Boat Launch from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. There will also be bus shuttles leaving from the Prince Gallitzin Marina. Both shuttles are free, with donations accepted. Individuals requiring ADA parking, with large strollers or pets will are asked to park at the Muskrat Beach Area.
