GIANT employees help out State College Food Bank

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) – In honor of Hunger Action Day, some Centre County GIANT employees took the time to help out the State College Food Bank.

The crew worked at the food bank’s location at the Nittany Mall. In addition to helping out with labor, GIANT also donated $10,000 to the food bank.

“It’s great to be to know that money is going to affect so many people,” Store Manager Kevin Bennage said.

GIANT says they appreciate everything the food bank does and hope to continue helping in the future.
