Todd Ashman, 51, was charged after police conducted a traffic stop on Sept. 11 after he allegedly turned without signaling. Police said that during the stop, they discovered that Ashman had an active warrant in another state for possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of dangerous drugs.

Ashman was taken into custody and placed in the Huntingdon County Jail. He remains there after being unable to post his $100,000 bail, court documents show.
