    Police searching for driver in State College hit-and-run incident

    STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian with minor injuries.

    The incident occurred around 2 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of East Beaver Avenue and Locust Lane. According to State College Police, a white, college-aged woman with blond hair was driving a Jeep with a “KD” sticker on the rear window. The driver fled the scene after hitting the pedestrian.

    Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the State College Police Department at (814) 234-7150, by email, or submit an anonymous tup through their website .
