Sheetz joins in on canned cocktail craze after Pennsylvania law change

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Move over Tom Cruise, because the cocktails are already mixed up and ready to drink at Sheetz.

After a big change in the Pennsylvania liquor laws, numerous convenience and grocery stores have opted to start selling ready-to-drink cocktails, and Sheetz has effectively joined in starting right now.

According to the company, Sheetz has added various canned cocktails such as High Noon and Surfside to more than 280 Sheetz stores in Pennsylvania, effective immediately.

Earlier this month, GIANT/MARTIN’S announced that everything was in place, according to the liquor law changes, to start selling ready-to-drink cocktails in store locations across Pennsylvania.
