POTTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WTAJ) – Centre County officials are looking to build a new business park and are already taking the first steps.

The Nittany Business Park is proposed to be in Potter Township along Rt. 45, near the current Dunkin’ and Sheetz locations. If approved, the plans show several parking lots along with an office building and bus maintenance garage.

Planner Chris Schnure says this is just a memorandum of understanding, meaning that “it doesn’t approve the plan,” but it is an agreement.

The commissioners added it to next week’s consent agenda, meaning the final decision won’t come until Oct. 1.
