Meet and Mingle with Huntingdon Police at Coffee with a Cop event

HUNTINGDON, Pa. (WTAJ) — Community members will have the chance to meet with officers from the Huntingdon Borough Police Department during a Coffee with a Cop event on Oct. 2.

The event, part of National Coffee with a Cop Day, will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Standing Stone Coffee Company, offering residents a casual setting to ask questions and express concerns.

Coffee with a Cop is a national initiative aimed at fostering better relationships between police officers and the public. By encouraging open dialogue in a relaced environment, the program helps break down barriers and builds trust within the community. The event is designed to eliminate the formalities of meeting and allow for genuine conversations.
