STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Juniper Village at Brookline is calling on the community to help make its annual trick-or-treat night a success by donating candy or small toys.

The event, set for Thursday, Oct. 24, from 6 p.m. to 7:30p.m., will offer local children a safe and festive Halloween experience.

To sweeten the evening, Juniper is seeking donations, which can be dropped off at 1930 or 1950 Cliffside Drive during weekday business hours until Oct. 23. The items will be distributed by Juniper residents, family members, and staff, known as Partners in Caring.

Juniper is also looking for volunteers to assist in handing out candy. Those interested in getting involved are encouraged to contact Cat Rokavec at Caitlin.Rokavec@junipercommunities.com.
