    Penn State to launch new Nittany Lion logos, merchandise ahead of UCLA game

    STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Penn State is giving its iconic Nittany Lion mascot a fresh look, introducing new logos and signature mark as part of a brand modernization.

    The revamped design will be unveiled this weekend, leading up to the Nittany Lions’ football game against UCLA at Beaver Stadium.

    The first chance for fans to get their hands on the new merchandise will be on Friday, Oct. 4, at The Family Clothesline , where the Nittany Lion itself will make an appearance from 4:15 to 5 p.m. at 352 E. College Ave. Fans can purchase mugs, apparel, hats, and more while grabbing autographs and photos with the beloved mascot.

    After the event, the updated Nittany Lion products will roll out at retail locations across State College and beyond, offering a wide variety of items featuring the new designs.
