BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Two Tyrone residents were arrested after police said they were driving while drunk with two children in the car.

Zoe Gardner, 39, and Devron Strother, 28, were charged on Sept. 30 after police were called to a domestic disturbance inside a vehicle on Logan Avenue. When police arrived, they met with Gardner and Strother. Police noted that there were also two children under the age of six in the vehicle.

Gardner allegedly showed signs of intoxication and refused to provide identification. When police asked Strother for his ID, he allegedly gave false information. Police later confirmed that Strother had an active state warrant.

During the arrest, Strother allegedly began resisting officers. Police noted they had to use a taser in order to take Strother into custody.

Ya all crack me up 🤣 I read the exact same thing that ya all did and I did NOT read anything that said 1) anyone was receiving assistance 2) they were dating one another!!For all ya all know, the domestic dispute coulda been bc he gave her a ride and she promised him gas money...and didn't give it. Idk...but, neither do you!I don't know these people, but...you can't make crap up based on a post! And...the police can't just go into someone's house bc they get arrested for something else somewhere else. They can file a complaint with the child welfare office...but they can't just do stuff like that! She wasn't retained!!! People have rights, ya all...dang. Ya all act like saints! Now...go sit on your thrones, polish your crowns and tiaras, and think about what you did wrong!!! Ugghhhh

It is sad when grown ass adults put children through this! If they can do this to them imagine what they do behind closed doors! I pray the children will be taken care of immediately!! 🥰
