ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Two people were arrested in Elk County after officers found them allegedly on drugs and passed out in a McDonalds drive-thru with two kids in their car.

Alexis Pisani, 29, of Johnsonburg, and Dakota Depto, 23, of Kane, were arrested after officers from the City of Saint Marys Police Department were called to a McDonalds for a report of two people passed out and parked in the drive-thru, according to a criminal complaint.

On July 29, officers were called to the fast food restaurant after an employee called about a Toyota Sienna being parked in their pickup location. The employee told officers that Pisani and Depto were “nodding out” in the drive-thru and took over 10 minutes to pay. According to the affidavit, Pisani was leaned over and “bent like a pretzel” with her head touching her knees and Depto’s head was over the steering wheel.

Wanted man led officers on high-speed chase in Somerset County

Police spoke with Depto and found that he had a suspended driver’s license as a result of a previous DUI, according to charges filed. Officers then noted that two children, an 8-year-old and an 11-year-old, were in the car.

According to the complaint, a search warrant was obtained for the car and they found xylazine, fentanyl, and fluoro fentanyl. They also allegedly found drug paraphernalia including syringes, a spoon, burnt foil, a clear glass pipe, a metal pipe and multiple empty bags of heroin/fentanyl.

Police also noted that in front of one of the children and in between the two were garbage cans that allegedly contained empty bags of drugs and other drug paraphernalia.

According to the affidavit, Depto was listed as being under the influence of amphetamine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and norfentanyl.

Depto is facing felony charges of endangering the welfare of children and misdemeanor charges of DUI, evading arrest, intent to possess a controlled substance and other related charges. He is currently awaiting to be arraigned, according to court documents.

Pisani is in Elk County Prison with bail set at $7,500. She is facing misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of children, intent to possess a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
