Crumbl is opening a new cookie shop in Altoona

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — The popular cookie shop, Crumbl, which has a location in State College, is adding another shop and this one is in Altoona.

The local franchise will be expanding and opening up the Altoona shop in the Logan Towne Center, next to GameStop. Anticipation for the shop’s opening day began as the Crumbl sign was spotted being installed on the building.

Crumbl has been gathering quite a following with its unique gourmet cookies and some other baked goods. Photos and reviews popping up across social media have a lot of people hankering for a few… dozen.

Crumbl is known for extravagant takes on classic cookies, such as the ultimate peanut butter. A peanut butter cookie stuffed with peanut butter with a peanut butter drizzle on top. Or how about an Oreo cookies & cream milkshake-inspired cookie?

The company was founded in 2017 when the first shop opened in Utah, according to their company story. They’ve since expanded to 862 stores worldwide, employ over 29,000 workers, and sell more than one million cookies every DAY.
