Million-dollar Powerball ticket sold in Pennsylvania, jackpot grows

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Pennsylvania for Wednesday’s drawing as the jackpot continues to grow.

The $1,000,000 winner matched all five numbers but missed the Powerball on Oct. 9. Another ticket matched 4 of the 5 and the Powerball to win $50,000.

According to the Lottery, more than 35,000 other players won between $4 and $500.
