Chad Patton, 44, with a last court-documented address in Altoona, is wanted for an Aug. 2023 home improvement fraud.

While details on the incident are limited, police said they’re still trying to locate Patton, adding they believe he’s in the Altoona area.

Patton is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds with brown eyes and short, balding hair.
