    Rocky Hill man arrested with attempted Target theft

    SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - South Windsor Police arrest a Rocky Hill man in connection with a reported theft at the Target store in town.

    Police say they responded to word Saturday evening around 4:35 p.m. that Daniel Pugliares, 35, of Rocky Hill, was allegedly concealing sports trading cards in a reusable bag and inside his back pack inside the Target on Buckland Hills Drive.

    He is being charged with criminal attempt at larceny in the 5th degree.

    Pugliares is out on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 9 a.m.
