    Two arrested, allegedly going through vehicles in Ledyard

    LEDYARD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Ledyard Police arrest two suspects in connection with rummaging through vehicles in a parking lot Sunday afternoon.

    The two suspects, identified as Charlie O'Brien, 43, and Elizabeth O'Brien, 36, both from the Gales Ferry section of Ledyard, were allegedly going through vehicles in the CIC Parking Lot on Route 12.

    Charlie O'Brien is being charged with violation of probation, after being arrested on an outstanding PRAWN warrant.

    Elizabeth O'Brien is being charged with larceny, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

    Both are scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court.
