WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Desmond’s Army announced Thursday they’re offering a $5,000 reward for information on a senior dog abandoned at the Wallingford dog park on Tuesday.

The animal law advocates say the information must lead to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the condition and abandonment of the shepherd.

Find the monster..someone knows something..Then we need to change laws in the country for animal abuse, neglect, abandonment and dog fighting. Mandatory felony charge, 5 years per each offense..no time off fo good behavior or time served. Restitution for ALL expenses incurred by the rescue, shelter including all ver bills and food costs..If you are found guilty of 5 charges..25 years in prison. The only way to stop this is to take away freedom and money..sadly the only way some people are forced to do the right thing
