    Puppy found in East Hartford had marijuana toxicity

    EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A dog found Monday morning tied to a guardrail in East Hartford was found to have had marijuana toxicity, according to animal control.

    The dog was round on Jayce Street “dangerously close” to Route 2 East, according to animal control. The dog, who is estimated to be between the ages of 10 months to a year old, was showing “concerning neurological symptoms.”

    He was left with no food or water.

    wtf is wrong with people. to many animals being left on roads. people shouldn't have any pets or even kids. If u can't afford them
