WOLCOTT, Conn. (WTNH) — Looking for a chance to help the victims of Sunday’s flash floods? Goodwill of Southern New England is giving you the opportunity to.

Goodwill will accept donations from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays at its Wolcott donation center, located at 1261 Meriden Road. The items will be given to flood victims for free during the same hours.

Essential items like clothing, housewares and other necessities will be accepted.

The floods devastated Oxford, leading to a delayed start to the school year, two deaths, and destroyed roads and homes.
