Childish Gambino cancels Connecticut concert over technical difficulties

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (WTNH) – Singer and rapper Donald Glover canceled his concert in Connecticut Saturday evening due to technical difficulties with the stage show.

Glover, known by the stage name “Childish Gambino” when performing music, posted on social media that Saturday’s show at Mohegan Sun would be canceled due to difficulties with new technology.

In his post, Glover mentioned how regretful he was to his fans in Connecticut stating:

im really upset by this. i just met some fans in the lobby and a father who drove out w/ his daughters bday and was trying to get a shoutout (happy birthday btw). the team is coming up w/ a way to make it up to fans, so we’ll be in contact w/ everyone who bought a Mohegan Sun ticket. i know tickets, hotels, driving, all that isnt cheap. so we’ll come up with something. again, my deepest apologies.
