PHOTOS: Bradley International Airport celebrates National Dog Day

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTNH) — Bradley International Airport (BDL) celebrated National Dog Day Monday by welcoming four-legged members of its therapy program to the airport to interact with travelers.

According to the Connecticut Airport Authority, Bradley Buddies, launched in August 2017, marks its seventh anniversary this month.

Travelers could pet the dogs and take photos for National Dog Day. Breeds included a German shepherd, Australian shepherd, border collie, goldendoodle, golden retriever, and Yorkshire terrier.
