2-year-old falls from second-story window in Manchester

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A 2-year-old suffered serious injuries after falling from a second-floor window Thursday evening, according to Manchester fire officials.

Fire officials said they were dispatched to the 30 block of Channing Drive- were Squire Village apartments is located- around 6:24 p.m.

Upon arrival, they found the child had fallen 15-feet onto a grassy area in the rear of the building.

The child was transported to a hospital for treatment and was reported in stable condition with “no outward injuries.”
