    2 arrested in Hartford after police find guns, drugs in car

    HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — 2 people were arrested in Hartford on Saturday after police allegedly found guns and drugs in their vehicle.

    Ashaud Pugh, 23, and Aaron Taylor, 33, crashed into a parked car on Kenyon Street after traveling at a high rate of speed, according to police. Both suspects appeared to be injured when police arrived to the scene.

    Police discovered a loaded handgun sitting in plain sight on the floor of the passenger side of the vehicle, and found two more in the glove compartment. Additionally, they allegedly found a backpack with large amounts of marijuana packaged for street sale.

    Both Pugh and Taylor were discovered to be convicted felons and were charged with multiple offenses, including criminal possession of a firearm.

    They're 10 years apart too. Aside that, it's like a neverending cycle of cleaning up the streets. These idiots come from left to right and no progress of Hardford being a decent place to travel to
