NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Students at the Cooperative Arts and Humanities Magnet High School in New Haven spent their morning Friday showing that anywhere can become art.

“It makes me really happy, because someone can have a really tough day, and by seeing some art, it’ll make them happier,” said Amy Miglore, the school’s assistant principal and arts director.

It was all a part of Parking Day, a global art project that encourages artists to transform parking spaces and sidewalks.
