    14-year-old pedestrian critically injured after being struck by car outside of stadium in Waterbury

    WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A 14-year-old pedestrian was critically injured on Friday night after being hit by a car outside of Municipal Stadium in Waterbury.

    The boy is facing life-threatening injuries, according to police. Police say that the car was being driven by a 75-year-old Waterbury man, who had a 73-year-old female in the passenger seat. Neither of them were injured in the crash.
