According to the Department of Transportation, the crash happened minutes before 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. State police say minor injuries were reported.

Officials say the tractor-trailer rolled over and was stuck down an embankment. Members from Environmental Services, Inc. drained the trailer’s fuel tanks so crews could work to remove it.

Only the right lane was open between exits 14 and 13. All lanes reopened around 12:30 p.m.
