BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) — Paier College was denied their application for authorization renewal on Monday, possibly forcing the school to shut down.

Paier completed its application on July 27. The Office of Higher Education reviewed their application and visited the campus, and determined that the school failed to comply with their standards, denying their application.

Paier has 10 days to appeal the decision. If they choose not to appeal, they must provide the Office of Higher Education with an updated closure plan.
