Nyberg: Connecticut man writes book on caring for people with Alzheimer’s

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A man from West Hartford wrote a book for caregivers on how to connect with Alzheimer’s patients.

John Scully took his experience caring for his mother when she was diagnosed and used it to help others going through a similar experience. He sat down with Ann Nyberg to talk about how he came to write the book, his mother’s story and more.

All proceeds from Scully’s book are being donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
