Motorcyclist seriously injured after Thompson crash

THOMPSON, Conn. (WTNH) — State police say one person was seriously injured after a crash off Interstate 395 Thursday.

Police said the collision happened as a 2013 Toyota Corolla was exiting I-395 southbound at Exit 50 around 10:17 p.m.

As the Toyota exited the off-ramp, it collided with a 2002 Harley Davidson at the intersection of Thompson Hill Road.

The motorcycle driver was transported to a hospital with suspected serious injuries, according to police. The other driver declined medical attention on scene.
