Meriden man died 1 month after August motorcycle crash

FARMINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — A funeral procession will be held on Saturday for a Meriden man that died from injuries related to a motorcycle crash in August.

Justin Gittings, 31, died on Sept. 23 as a result of injuries that he sustained in a motorcycle crash on Aug. 20 in Farmington, according to police. Gittings had been transported via LifeStar to a local hospital from the scene of the crash.

Police said that the crash is still under investigation, and did not provide additional details, including the condition of the other two people involved in the crash.
