Section of I-91 southbound in Rocky Hill closed due to crash

ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) — A portion of Interstate 91 southbound is closed on Friday night due to a three-car rollover crash.

The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m., according to state police. No extrication was needed and all parties were easily accessible, the Rocky Hill fire department said in a release. 3 patients were transported to the hospital: one with life-threatening injuries and two with non-life threatening injuries.

The department of transportation (DOT) said that the highway is closed in Rocky Hill between exits 23 and 22S.
