Michelle Ann Gilson, 38, is the former co-owner and co-operator of Epic Empirez and B&M Package Solutions, both Guilford-based package delivery companies. Between 2017 and 2022, Gilson allegedly failed to report employees’ federal income taxes.

During this time, Gilson allegedly also made more than $600,000 in mortgage payments and home improvements to her house, as well as over $140,000 in payments at casinos.

She’s required to report to prison on Dec. 4.
