New London man dies after 2 scooters collide

NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTNH) — A New London man has died after two scooters collided on Oct 9., according to police.

Raymond Getty, 68, succumbed to his life-threatening injuries at Yale New Haven Hospital on Friday. The incident happened at around 10 a.m. in the area of the Cedar Grove cemetery entrance.

The accident still remains under investigation.

Sad story but alot if these are kids or people who lose there licenses .They need to be licensed and insured they rarely follow rules of the road and alot of them are recklessly flying around I'm shocked more accidents don't happen
