    Drug complaints lead to multiple arrests in Waterbury

    WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) —  Three people were arrested in Waterbury after several drug-related complaints were made to police.

    Waterbury police launched an investigation in the areas of West Main Street, Judd Street, and French Street, which identified people involved in the sale of drugs on West Main Street.

    On Oct. 16, police executed a search and seizure warrant on the second floor of a residence on West Main Street.

    3 juveniles arrested following car theft in Bloomfield

    Roslynn Morris, 58, who has a history of larceny offenses and was also found to have an arrest warrant, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Richard Valentin, 39, and Angel L. Valentin, 36, were charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a drug factory.

    Police recovered $1,365 in cash, drug paraphernalia and crack cocaine.
