Vehicle crashes into Southington nail salon

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Southington police say two people suffered minor injuries after a vehicle drove into the front of Sister’s Nail Salon Sunday.

The collision happened on West Street, but police did not say what time it occurred.

The driver and sole occupant suffered minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Someone inside the nail salon at the time fell to the ground and also sustained minor injuries, according to police.

The building inspector determined the building is still safe for use, police said.
